Join us for our March meeting. Our Grant Cycle kicked off last month and we now have four Inquiry Teams: Agriculture, Entrepreneurship & Workforce Development, Health, and Strengthening Communities & Technology.
At this meeting, teams will present their research to date, and announce the top 7 to 10 organizations under consideration. Together, members will narrow the focus areas even more, and set up a plan of action for site visits and further due diligence. Meeting participants will also have a chance to provide feedback and additional ideas through a quick survey.
Also, as we continue to strengthen our commitment to international impact, we'll hear from featured guest speaker Peter Francis Luswata, who will provide insights into the challenges and opportunities for support in rural African communities.

Peter Francis Luswata is the Country Program Director and Founder of Uganda Rural Community Support Foundation (URCSF) http://www.ugandarural.org. Peter started URCSF in 2005 to provide free agricultural training to poor small-scale farmers in the Rakai District of Uganda. With well over three hundred families currently enrolled in the program, Peter has worked tirelessly to provide his people with new opportunities to sustain their families and improve living conditions. URCSFs projects help build productive and safe communities as people gain a sense of hope for the future. Peter studied both in Uganda, Eritrea, and the USA.
